ABOUT OUR SERVICE

Every website that display the Business Approved Certification Seal must meet all our rigorous conditions and be evaluated by our team to make sure it conforms to our business and ethical standards. If you clicked on such a seal and arrived at a certification page, it means that the business/website mentioned on the page is certified and active and meets at least the following conditions:

• The website is backed by a reputable company
• The product(s) perform as advertised on the website. The certification page lists every product that was evaluated and certified
• The refund policy is being honored
• Payments are processed by a secure and reputable firm
• There are no hidden fees or unauthorized charges
• The support phone number listed on the website is functional
• Inquiries or complaints are answered within 48 hours
• There are no invalid claims or representations on the website

EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION PROCESS

Every business that applies for certification must meet all the conditions listed above and must be approved by our evaluation team after research and testing. The evaluation process could take op to 3 months or more depending on the products and how long it takes to confirm any claims made regarding those products. Once certification is approved, the business may place the seal on its website and must continue to meet all certification conditions to remain active. We continue to evaluate the business and website randomly on a monthly basis to confirm compliance with our certification.

CERTIFICATION COSTS

Our rigorous and time-consuming evaluation process comes at a high cost to businesses. However, there is no value placed on the trust earned by your users. Our prices (in US Dollars) are listed as follows:

Each product or service to be included in the certification is charged an extra $399. In addition, you must ship us 3 units of the product at your own expense for testing. We will return the product to you at your expense if required.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Products that require special testing that goes beyond our standard requirements will be charged extra.

We do not approve or certify products with claims that we cannot verify. For example, if a sunglasses brand claims to reduce eye stress, then we cannot approve it because it is very difficult (if not impossible) for us to verify that it actually reduces eye stress.

We do not approve or certify products with future benefits of more than 3 months. For example, if a product claims to prevent rust for 5 years, we will not approve it because it requires testing beyond our maximum 3 month limit.
